    Nice location. Don’t see many photos from here. I suspect there’ll be a few more visitors to this spot in the near future !

    I just shot this location a few weeks ago. Never seep photos from here, one person posts something from a location and next thing you know it’s over run by railfans. Went through a lot of effort for my shot. Nice location for sure.

    Thanks guys! Yeah I agree, I’ve never seen another shot from this bridge on RP.ca before. It really is a nice spot and would look great once fall colours are out!

    Hunter that’s the way she goes. The thing is, you should have posted here first :) Lovely and glad someone staked it out.

    Now – watch someone who shot here in the 70′s pull out a photo. Then you realize many have done it before :)

    I used to go train-watching here in the early-mid 70′s (along with High Park, Denfield Rd and the VIA station). We would bike down here and climb up the embankment on the east end of the bridge. We would cower a short distance down the embankment as the trains would blast by.
    Unfortunately, I only had a cheapo camera, and when I had film, I did not have any money to develop the shots. I wish I had saved a little better and had that film processed.

    It won’t be me Iain, I’ve only been shooting 13 years and never did go down there for a scenic shot. Paris, sure, but not London. The city isn’t my thing if I can avoid it.

    Nice reflection in the water Iain. Nothing like getting 2 trains for the price of one. You are so right with the fall colours. It will make for quite a spectacular picture. I will be watching for your future submission. ;-)

    Thanks. Not sure if it will be me coming back here anytime soon, bacause I can’t drive yet. Railfanning is once a month kind of thing for me, so i always like trying new spots. I hope someone else will come here sometime!
