A 40 minute late VIA 72 slowly passes by the Glencoe VIA station before speeding back up on its way to London. A few trees still had some colour on them, and the sun half came out which made this even better.

  1. I like the Glencoe sign and the lights in the photo as well.

  2. Thanks!

  3. I agree with Cam15. I love signal masts in a rail picture (3 of them here, super). Even better when you can get the siding name into the action also. Another terrific photo Iain. :-)

  4. Thanks for all the comments! If i ever come back here, I’ll have to get a shot of the train through the Glencoe sign. A shot I’ve always wanted to get.

  5. Thanks right back to you. :-)
I really enjoyed looking through your photo collection. Keep up the great work. I will be watching for future posts.
