This is a 2 person belt pack operation with one person in the cab of CN 5760 and the other employee standing at the switch watching the tankers roll by and eventually restoring the switch back. The transfer is headed back to Neebing Yard on track R-43 and crossing the CP ‘Farm Lead’ at the diamond. This interlocking is controlled by the CN RTC in Edmonton.'  height='150' width='200' /></a><br>

The engineman had previously stopped the units, a pair of GP38-2’s – 3071 and 3119 – clear of the ‘other’ CN diamond in Thunder Bay and contacted the CN RTC in Edmonton for permission to cross.  Upon receiving a clear aspect from the dwarf signal protecting the interlocking, CP 3119 is now on top of the diamond crossing as the units proceed towards Resolute Forest Products.'  height='150' width='200' /></a><br>
