I came down to the pedestrian crossing over the Guelph sub just east of Lancaster St. yard to get a shot of VIA 84 from above and noticed 2 trains working the small yard.

I have been looking for a spot to railfan west of Kitchener. I noticed the road leading to the Hydro Cut bike trail using Google Maps and thought it looked promising. Even better, the crew called out the clear signal at Sturm, which gave me a few min to get out of the car and get set up.
