		<description>I was thinking 4 tracks the whole way. Premium service on the inner, pedestrian on the outer. Truck and trailer together with rest coaches behind the engines for those that couldn&#039;t handoff to a fresh driver at the other end. 100 car maximum. Then again, I think all oil should be shipped by rail because that actually creates jobs.</description>
