	<title>Comments on: 1920 built Baldwin 2-8-0 is seen at Donalda as #9. This is the same loco that now operates the Alberta Prairies Steam Excursion out of Stettler as #41.  Tom Payne&#8217;s  Central Western Railway was just 3 years old at the time of this shot.  Sadly the Donalda tracks are no longer in place but Mr. Payne&#8217;s railway went on to become RaiLink and paved the way for short line operations in Canada as we know them today.</title>
