		<description>Short Answer: Judging by the time of day, this appears to be Penn Central train 351 (Buffalo-Chicago).

Long Answer:
Penn Central Empire Service Train 71 operated from New York Grand Central to Buffalo. For those continuing west, Train 51 was basically the section that operated Buffalo to Chicago through the U.S via Cleveland, and train 351 operated Buffalo to Chicago via the CASO. Timetable provided below for reference:
