Comments on: 6:30 a.m. on the morning of Bayview meet 2007, A CP northbound utilises TH&B trackage rights on CN between Hamilton and Canpa. CP gave up these trackage rights and now all trains utilise the Hamilton Sub. up to Campbellville / Guelph Jct. and the Galt Sub. to Toronto.

And Oakville, etc…. took it for granted of course! I got plenty of shots but there’s a few spots I’d love to shoot with a CP.

I’d probably actually consider going to Bayview if CP still ran through there. That’s a pretty cool sight.

Well, since you asked, this was train 255! At the time, it ran from Binghamton, NY to Toronto Yard.

Gorgeous. I could not get up that early back then. I’ve heard the brush cutter went through here last week, hopefully it’s cut right back including that embankment!

Very nice! I was there that day, just not this early I wonder what train symbol this was and if it’s a symbol that no longer exists. It was neat to see the CP trains on the Oakville Sub.
