I contacted CN Police and CN’s Public Inquiry Line last Friday and the matter has been forwarded to CN’s Engineering Dept. for their follow-up.

Please do. If the defect is near a road crossing there should be a blue sign on the crossing protection, or possibly a yellow sign on an aluminum signal bungalow identifying the location. Provide as much detail as you can when calling in the location.
