I’d get one more shot on the Exeter Subdivision as they blast south at.. a blistering 10 MPH pace. What a nice picture, wonder how many “single lane” railway overpasses in “active service” are left in southern Ontario ? And the pumpkin orange 3510 with its colourful yellow pilot lights up the picture beautifully. Now as for the “fast paced” 10mph, that’s nothing compared to the old CNR belt line from Fairbanks Jct to Yonge St speed of 5 mph ! If your dog got scared by the waddling 0-8-0, it could out run it going in the same direction. At least this branch line is still in service, no matter what the speed limit.
