	<title>Comments on: A CP Continuous Welded Rail train comes back onto the Winchester mainline, after waiting in a siding outside Smiths Falls, for 118 to pass. The train has a pair of CMQ’s for power, with the leader being a Bangor and Aroostook Railroad heritage unit, and both are actually former CP SD40-2F’s. They’re currently working on taking out the majority of the North Track, but keeping some of it for sidings, hence the reason why this train is running.</title>
