sdfourty, thank you for the information, I would have put this in the caption but did not know what the power movement was about other than on its way to Agincourt diesel shop. Agree that it’s nice to see the RS-10 operating long hood forward with the beaver crest displayed prominently on the nose. It being May looks like the steam generator on the 8575 is turned off. John

Oh my! Leaside!
One of the assigned duties for The Push was to transfer power as required between John Street, Agincourt, Lambton. Here RS-10, operating as God intended long hood forward, is transferring train #12′s The Canadian two F units to Agincourt. Likely the FP9A and FP7A will be assigned to an overnight freight or transfer run & returned the next afternoon for tomorrow’s #11. Note the roof mounted ice breaker apparatus to protect The Canadian’s domes through tunnels, installed only on the CPR 1400 series units.
