	<title>Comments on: A little further south on the Essex Terminal and we have #107, with it&#8217;s 4 tanks in tow, rolling over the River Canard bridge.  Best part of this time of year is with the river frozen over you can walk out and get closer pics than you can from land the rest of the year.  May have hit this spot again this year before the Spring thaw.</title>
