<title>Comments on: A nice view of TEE (Trans-Europe Express) trainset #1982 stopped at the station in Washago,ON. The ONR took delivery of 4 of the 5 trainsets that ran in Europe (the 5th had been destroyed in an accident)in 1976, and trial runs began in May 1977.
Original numbers 1900-1903 were changed to 1980-1983 as not to conflict with CN units on roster, as they ran over CN trackage in part between Cochrane and Toronto.
Winter was tough on these units, as a result the original locomotive was pulled in 1980 and replaced with Northland FP-7As, which ran until 1992, when the complete sets were retired.
Very unique trainsets in the history of Canadian railroading.</title>
