One would be hard-pressed to find Baldwins operating in service today, much less on a Class 1 Railroad. The first time I had even seen anything about the NYC yard in Fort Erie was through an article/map in an issue of Trains magazine from a few years ago. It was the story of young boy who used to ride his bicycle over the Peace Bridge from Buffalo to takes railroad pictures in Fort Erie. I believe he was a 12 year-old sometime in the very early 1950's. (Sadly I can't find my copy.) Thank You for those comments. Always remembered this and wondered why I had never seen any photos of the properties. I'm under the impression most if it was gone by the end of steam, but I don't have a source handy right now. Either way, the Google Earth images were the first i've seen of structures and layout of the Victoria Yard area and certainly those who have not seen it and have an interest will find it fascinating.
