		<description>Yes they&#039;ve had their own power going back to steam days. They even had electric power, which was swapped with CN for some steam power in the 1940s when the port discontinued some electrification they had. They have 4-5 units, not sure if they are belt-pack equipped or not.</description>

Didn’t realize the POM has there own motive power, and assume from the numbering of this unit there are maybe 2 or 3 others, and that they switch container cars and grain cars at dockside. Do you know if when  switching, do the crew use a belt-pack ? Thanks for posting, John</description>
