	<title>Comments on: A rotary dumper used on the Atlas Coal Mine RR. This unit was actually positioned about 10-15 stories up the valley, as the coal was at the same level. When the coal was extracted, it was shipped out to this dumper via rail car and mule/horse, and then down to the bottom via conveyor belt where it was loaded onto CN trains.</title>
