Tough to walk away from after 36 yrs. sabbatical rolling into the next year:at the gym every day and down to 165 :-) 2018, hoping to be working in something railroad related. Hmmm, or should i be hanging out at Bayview or Waterdown taking photos :-) LOL @snake..don’t give up your day job for stand up comedy mister! :-)

I was referring to the unit ownership. Fence, well the back of the berm is fenced where no one ventures ( trust me no one climbs up it here)...yet..beyond the berm....its completely open.
