I understand the shop buildings came down in the 1990s to free up land for the complete development of a waterfront park on Lake Nipissing. Ottawa Valley now operates the CP trackage in an agreement @1996, tracks relocated west of old CP main, away from historic CP station, and there a small yard in town. Extensive residental/commercial/park redevelopment of the old CPR lands has taken place. (Currently the parks development alone, at $7.8M, is overbudget.)
