<title>Comments on: A.W. Mooney&#8217;s shot from a beautiful looking summer day in June of &#8217;86 had me feeling nostalgic of spending plenty of Saturdays hanging around MacTier station with my late Father. Digging through the crates I found some more shots from the wicked storm of &#8217;09 (also seen in http://www.railpictures.ca/?attachment_id=1052 and http://www.railpictures.ca/?attachment_id=1051), that saw 115 + CM of fresh snow unloaded across Central Ontario from a storm that stalled out and hovered overhead for 4 days! CP 5939 is seen here under the yard lights buried in track 1 @ MacTier after the storm had passed but still stranded. If memory serves, this train would spend the better part of 3 days stuck here before leaving&#8230;</title>
