Comments on: A warm July afternoon in 1993 finds CN HR616 2118 and an M636 rolling train #305 through the interlocking plant at Snider on the York Sub, hammering the diamond with CN’s Newmarket Subdivision before taking the inbound leads into the sprawling MacMillan Yard nearby. The twenty 251-powered 2100-series Bombardier HR616′s were CN’s last dabble into 6-axle Alco/MLW power, and the first CN units to sport the new “Draper Taper” cowl hoods. Future orders would go to GMD (SD50F/SD60F) and later GE (C40-8M) however, and both would outlive the HR616′s.

That's plain beautiful. I'm a big fan of shooting westbounds at Keele, love the historic value of an oldie shot from there. Bonus draper taper on point too. Good stuff

Steve, I think the dwarfs are for the connecting tracks. You can see an eastbound signal bridge in the distance, and there's probably a westbound one nearby out of view (might be further away due to the proximity of the Keele St. overpass).
