Comments on: After a nice, personal tour of the ex-VIA, exx-CN passenger equipment, and with everyone on board, the step box gets tossed into the vestibule, and another journey for the Pukatawgan Mixed out of The Pas, MB begins. From passengers and baggage/supplies being loaded, the crew having a job briefing, to the departure from the station, this was a fabulous event to witness first-hand.

Thanks Don. Yes, very reminiscent of mixed trains I used to see in Hearst, Hornepayne, and other northern Ontario locations decades ago.

Just like it used to happen 50 years ago with so many mixed trains. Everything is the same except for those modern boxcars, the reflective overcoat, and the paint on the coach. Beautiful imagine. Thanks for posting, Paul.
