Comments on: After A.W. Mooney posted his 1976 photo of the Newmarket station – I had planned to also post my 2006 shot. However, since Terry O’Shell beat me to the punch with his great shot of the Newmarket station today, I decided to post one of another station from the same subdivision. The King Station is one of Ontario’s oldest railway stations. Now relocated to the museum grounds just outside of King City, it basks in the early spring sunlight of April 2006. Still looks good after 100 + years.
