Comments on: After lifting a long string of grain empties from track PC-27, the Pointe St-Charles Switcher is shoving back to its namesake yard, with a beat up caboose leading. The building at left dates to 1887 and was built as a pumping station to help avoid spring flooding in the port area. It bears the same name as the road the caboose is crossing, Riverside. Behind it are numerous mills and grain elevators.

The first time I was in Montreal, I saw this factory off the highway and was shocked. I have always wanted to see a train here.
