Comments on: After running down the CP Waterloo Sub to interchange cars at Southern Junction with CN, I hear on the scanner that 2242 W is off Back Track Switch Galt and is ready to Highball west to Wolverton. It’s sunny out and it’s a westbound in the afternoon so a typical shot of a CP local in this area didn’t amuse me at all so a quick turn off Trussler road to a side shot location just east of the signal into the yard was what I was looking for in this light. It was only a 10 minute ride from Galt to Wolverton with their 7 car train so I didn’t have more then 2 minutes to set up for a pan shot. Lucky lightning conditions were great so it wasn’t an issue to tune up the camera for the shot of this GP20CECO at a steady 15 mph.
