		<description>According to a good source, the OSR has been picking up a lot of business lately. 
The old T69 would generally return with small loads of 1 to 5 cars or none.
The main difference is 147 usually had 3000+ feet of auto racks and now mainly runs light or with just the OSR pick up.</description>
