Comments on: After working in the Galt Yard, CP 2288 leads a long auto rack manifest train along Samuelson Street headed to the Toyota Plant. Extensive renovations to the old Galt train station are visible. Built in 1898, it is in the process of being brought back as close to original as possible as it is deemed an historic building. The maintenance shed is wrapped in the blue tarp.

Of course its staying. If they plan to remove a building thats a whole other matter.

I spoke to a guy in a CP truck outside and he told me the inside renovations were completed except for a bit of bathroom work. The roof was in the process of being replaced. And I did try and get you the ‘Galt’ sign but he said it was staying.
