Comments on: Aldershot East was I nice go to location if one missed a train working the yard, even if not all that scenic. unfortunately when the subdivision was rebuilt, the crossing at King Road was turned into a bridge. Back in 2006 it was still a level crossing and came in handy after catching CN 390 with a power set off CSX consisting of a former SP SD45 rebuilt into a SD40 for CEFX, trailing it was a CSX SD50. The power has just finished making a lift at Aldershot yard and now has a nice cut of rebuilt GT boxcars up front.
