	<title>Comments on: Although VIA had started receiving F40PH&#8217;s in late 1986, they didn&#8217;t really start showing up on the &#8220;Super Continental&#8221; until mid &#8217;88. This is likely due to them being used on the east coast trains where they replaced old MLW FPA-4&#8242;s. Note that the second unit is an older covered wagon B unit. I don&#8217;t think that the passenger cars were converted from steam at this time.</title>
