Why is it that EMD is not able to perform similar manufacturing for export for Canada. Would EMD not be desperate for some business given the lack of Tier 4 availability? Discuss below.</title>

A few Canada-only units aren&#039;t that big of a problem, but otherwise it would create motive power headaches on trains heading from Canada to the US.</description>

		<description>Well from what ive heard emd wants to meet a tier 4 standard no matter what. I think there currently work with up to build a teir 4 loco.</description>
