Comments on: An interesting lift to made later in the day site in Walkerville yard, just outside of Windsor. The lift is made up of CP GP38AC #3017, GP20C-eco #2259, caboose #422988, and a large cut of loaded well cars. The caboose has been going back and forth to the U.S. on transfers for a while as a shoving platform but it appears that it must have served it’s purpose if it’s leaving town.
