Comments on: An OSR job heads back to St. Thomas after doing some work in Aylmer on the Cayuga Spur. There’s not much left of Yarmouth Diamond today unfortunately. This once busy junction was where the CASO and Cayuga Subdivisions crossed just east of St. Thomas.

Thanks Mike. Yeh that is a relatively new industry celebrating the new tracks and Trillium 3582 making their first tank car delivery. I thought that was great… new tracks!! When I visited IGPC, the yard was plugged with tanks. Seemed the corn was delivered by truck from local farmers.Only fitting.

I’ve been told they get cars sporadically right now but they plan on expanding more by rail.
