<title>Comments on: And a rare scene &#8211; helpers are shoving a train east on the Beach subdivision after stalling on the grade and blocking traffic in downtown Burlington for hours. Those who were here for this event haven&#8217;t forgotten. All of this track was lifted by 1980 and service on the Beach sub was severed to a spur when the traffic circle/crossing with the QEW was replaced with modern bridges (still in place) in the 1960&#8242;s.</title>
