<title>Comments on: At the date of the photograph the CPR was using the old station as an office and crew change facility. The area saw a lot of trains on a daily basis so taking photographs from the platform was the only thing one could do safely. The lead locomotive was CP 5959 followed by CP 5864 &amp; 5933. The photo is a little lighter than the negative shows but I think it is clearer. When roaming BC I usually traveled by car which allowed me to stop when saw something interesting. Kamloops is a good example of how I traveled. If I was not working there I could at least drop down to the station area while passing through on the TCH. There was all ways something to see in BC. Both on the main lines and on the branch lines.</title>
