		<description>Pretty rare find... that Whitcomb came to Atlas Steels just after the War....when this photo was taken it would have been outside the &quot;new&quot; Melt Shop completed in 1977/78... that shop replaced the Second World War era Melting Department (1940) which was due south.  Original plant and melting facilities were south of Major Street down to East Main...</description>
