Comments on: Back in 2001 I photographed one of these.. once.. on my 2 Megapixel crappy Point and Shoot camera, while I was on bike, and not only did I not know what I was looking at, I never shot one again. By the time I got serious into trains, I realised what I missed. 17 years later, I was able to make good on what I told myself – if one happens to run down this way I’ll be sure to get it. (Heck, I’ve made trips down to the US and still didn’t get one). Despite the storm, I and a gaggle of of others braved the cold to get this. Crossing fingers that this repeats – as units on the Maple Leaf do sometimes repeat on cycle…. and hopefully in better weather.
