Comments on: Back in September 1993 CN completed a large-scale bridge replacement west of Paris on the Dundas Subdivision. This resulted in CN rerouting trains not only on their Guelph Subdivision, but also detouring across Canadian Pacific’s Galt Subdivision for several days. In the west, the trains would begin their journey to the Galt Subdivision through the interchange track at Woodstock then onto the CP St. Thomas Subdivision for a short stretch before reaching the Galt mainline. Here the CP Woodstock Afternoon Job with CP GP9′s 8243 and 8207 take priority as they head to the Cami facility meeting CN 392 with SD40’s 5055, 5029 and 5043 as they wait to proceed eastbound on the CP St. Thomas Subdivision on the CN-CP interchange track.
