<title>Comments on: Back in the days when CN (and CP) were &#8216;borrowing&#8217; GO locomotives on weekends in order to partially alleviate power shortages, we see GO 703 and 503 moving a long freight. The scene is at the east end of the Aldershot Yard by King Rd and the train is eastbound&#8230;&#8230;..on a Sunday.
Needless to say, both GO units have long departed Canada&#8230;&#8230;.503, GP40TC went to Amtrak as their 195 in 1988, and the 703, GP40-2(W) went to Tri-Rail in Miami in 1991.</title>
