These very late built RS-18's that came long after MLW's Century line began. They have many of their internal features and thus could be considered C-418's. Built low nose inc. QIT 46 which recently was acquired by Sartigan, a small Quebec shortline that also has acquired all 4 of OS's ex BC Rail M420's. OS 183 long out of service.

Nice shot! According to the Canadian Trackside Guide, Locomotive 208-3 was later acquired by the Ontario Southland Railway in 1995 and became OSRX 183.
