<title>Comments on: Built as the original mainline to Glen Tay from Toronto for the Ontario and Quebec Railway, CP 2254 East trundles along on what&#8217;s left of the Havelock Subdivision with 5 empty hoppers for the nepheline syenite mines in Nephton, Ontario. Although track speed between mile 178 and mile 94.3 is 30 MPH, a 10 MPH rule 43 blankets the section making this a slow trek back to Havelock for the crew.</title>
