	<title>Comments on: Busy times at the Evraz steel mill in the north end of Regina see a variety of equipment moving about including SW1500 GMTX 196.  The 196 is the latest addition to the small fleet of SW locomotives that switch the mill and adjacent scrap yard. The unit was recently taken off site by CP only to be spun (&#8220;wyed&#8221;) and returned the following day, indicating it might be staying around for a while.</title>
