Comments on: By 1995, CN detours on the Guelph Subdivision were infrequent but they did occur. For whatever reason, CN 383 took the long way to London over the Guelph Subdivision during a late April day. The westbound is pictured at Petersburg with CN 5345, CN 6106 and LMSX 718. CN SD40-2 6106, nee-UP 4106 would eventually become CN 5373 later in 1995 after being remanufactured by AMF in Montreal, Quebec.

Thanks for the comments.

The remember the passenger trains would regularly meet here in the siding during the mid-90's. I'm not sure how long the team track lasted.

According to the Car Control info I have from 1985, the tracks at Petersburg were a team track and a passing track. No specific industry/customer indicated.
