	<title>Comments on: Cartier&#8217;s &#8216;Hart Jaune&#8217; is a little weathered but still looks pretty impressive in this November 2006 photo taken outside the huge car and locomotive facility in Port-Cartier.  I witnessed quite a variety of unique and &#8216;one-off&#8217; MOW equipment and rolling stock at the facility on this visit.</title>
