<title>Comments on: Christmas Eve 2005 finds whatever CP power the OVR had in its possession within or around North Bay tied up for the night in the OVR North Bay yard. There were at least 12 units all idling away. A railroader knew they were in downtown North Bay just by the smell of the diesel fumes hanging around, especially in the winter. Over the last few years that has changed, with the &#8220;Bay&#8221; being a shadow of its former self, as far as railways are concerned. (Note the skull and crossbones on the plow of the 1037)</title>
