To avoid breaking the law CP will hold CMQ &#039;in trust&#039; to keep arms length until a final decision is made by US and Canadian regulators.

What does this mean for CMQ? In prior acquisitions, does anything change on the railway during the &#039;in trust&#039; phase of the acquisition?
