<title>Comments on: CN 131 (full ID: Q13132-22) is nearly finished its run as it enters the Port of Montreal with CN 3019, CN 3182 &amp; BCOL 4642 for power. Due to a blockade on CN&#8217;s Kingston Sub, this train has taken a very lengthy detour, going north out of Toronto on CN and the Ontario Northland, getting back to CN rails at Noranda and then heading back south via the CN Val D&#8217;Or, St-Maurice, Lac St-Jean, La Tuque, Joliette and St-Laurent Subs.</title>
