This series of car was built in 1954 and modernized in 1965. Several of these 'Cape' cars were converted to CN 'TEST' Track Evaluation System units. CN 15008 (ex-VIA Rail 1082 ‘Cape Rosier’, exx-CN 1082 ‘Cape Rosier’) is a Pullman Standard built 2-2 sleeper/lounge (2 double bedroom/2 compartment) configuration.
