<title>Comments on: CN 2271 leads an eastbound IM down the south track at Clover Bar as it prepares to meet CN 2874 leading a westbound IM. There is a 20 year difference in age between these DC units with the 2271 being purchased just 12 years ago in 2007. It will be another 6 years from 2007 before CN takes a turn at buying AC power. This will lead to buying the new A1A trucked GE&#8217;s with the load sensitive idler. I did not expect to see the return of the A1A, thinking the GMD-1 would be the last.</title>
