Actually Cameron, cpcnguy is partially correct. The signal (when bottom aspect flashing) is a diverging signal. But you don't specifically have to have a light at Bayview as you can get a diverging to stop signal if you are all red at Bayview. Also trains do not have to be clear of the yard at Aldershot to go 25mph. Once a trains tail end passes Lemonville Rd overpass it can go 25mph.

It is Cameron. Its a "DV" light, meaning when it is flashing, the train may proceed at diverging speed (25mph) passing signal and through turnouts, as opposed to just getting a slow to clear (15mph), as long as they are clear of the yard ofcourse. You'll only get a diverging signal if you have a light at Bayview as well.
