	<title>Comments on: CN 40 switches the yard on a dull overcast September back in 1977 down near the Charlottetown waterfront. This unit and its other 70 ton partners were gone from the island by 1983. All rail activity, in fact, ceased on Prince Edward Island by 1989, and scenes like this are but a distant memory.</title>
